Lesley Delgado
Our founder and President, Lesley Delgado is a very hands-on executive. Ms. Delgado founded StaffPro America in 1992. In its fifteen years under her leadership, the company has earned a reputation as a valued strategic partner in helping companies select the right employees for the right positions. Ms. Delgado's vision for her company has resulted in a unique approach to staffing that is a step ahead of the industry. Prior to founding StaffPro America, Ms. Delgado held Senior Management positions with some of the industries largest companies.

Christine Herron
Ms. Herron is the Vice President of Finance for StaffPro America. She has held her position with the company for fifteen years. Her strong Human Resources background compliments the company's philosophies quite well. Ms. Herron has held management positions in the staffing industry for over twenty-five years and has placed candidates in all levels of management.

Linda LoCicero
Ms. LoCicero is the Operations Manager for StaffPro America. As a metro-Detroit native, she brings more than 14 years of Operations and Management experience to the table. For the past 6 years she has focused her career on the staffing industry and has staffing knowledge of multiple industries making her an ideal resource for this position. She owned tutoring centers in the Metro Area and has a passion for education and career growth for all candidates that she meets.

Deborah Olsen
Ms. Olsen is the Recruiting Manager for StaffPro America. Prior to holding her position with the company, she held positions in Retail Management and owned her own business. Her ability to recruit from all available resources and create a vast network within the recruiting community has positioned StaffPro America with the top talent our customers seek.
